Opened this 2020 Cornas last night and it's already drinking beautifully — that biodynamic farming really comes through in the purity of the Syrah fruit. The palate is inky and powerful, but the balance keeps it from being too much. A stunning wine for the cellar or a special dinner.

The 2020 Cornas is as thrilling as the 97-point score suggests—deep, inky, and perfectly balanced. I was blown away by how concentrated yet smooth it is on the palate. Already drinking beautifully now, but I can tell it’ll evolve even more.

Opened this with some trepidation, but the 97-point score is no joke—the concentration and balance are unreal for a Syrah this young. It’s inky and full-bodied, yet finishes with a polished, almost graceful edge.
