Antinori Tignanello 2021

Opened it last night with some pasta, and the cherry and leather flavors balanced beautifully with the earthiness. It’s got a nice mineral finish that lingers just enough without being heavy. For a Super Tuscan at this price point, the complexity really delivers.

The deep earth and iron notes really come through after about an hour of breathing, pairing beautifully with a simple steak dinner. For a Super Tuscan at this level, the balance between fruit and structure is spot-on.

Opened it last night with some aged pecorino and the cherry and mineral notes really sang together. The tannins are already so well-integrated for a 2021—this will only get better over the next few years. Definitely grabbing another bottle.
