Branca Menta 750ml

I was worried the mint would overpower everything, but it actually balances the bitter herbs beautifully. A splash over ice after dinner is my new favorite ritual, and it's surprisingly smooth for something with this much bite.

I was looking for something to sip on a warm afternoon, and served over ice this has a perfect balance of bitter and cool mint. The way the mint flavor lingers after each sip really makes it stand out from other digestives.

The mint and herbal bitterness balance each other better than I expected—it's not just a one-note mouthwash taste. I've been mixing it with cola for a surprisingly complex highball. Would've liked a slightly stronger mint kick, but it's a solid digestif.
