Bully Boy Amaro Rosso 750ml

Switching from a typical sweet vermouth to this in my Boulevardier really brought out a layered, herbal bitterness that I wasn't expecting. It’s complex enough to sip on the rocks but doesn't overpower a spritz. The balance of sweetness and bitter is just spot on for me.

The bitterness and sweetness are so well matched that I can sip it neat on a rock without feeling the need to mix anything in, but it also made a Negroni that tasted more rounded than usual. This bottle won’t last long in my house.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this balanced the sweetness and bitterness, making it perfect for a Boulevardier. The mouthfeel is silky smooth too.
