Calumet 8yr Bourbon 750ml

That caramel sweetness lingers in the best way on the finish, and the vanilla depth makes it dangerously easy to sip neat. Poured over a single ice cube and it opens up even more. This bottle won't last long.

The oak and leather notes hit you right away, and that deep vanilla undertone keeps things interesting from first sip to last. The finish stays balanced and sweet without ever feeling cloying, which is exactly what I want in an evening pour.

The caramel sweetness really balances out the heavy oak and vanilla, and the finish lingers just long enough to make you want another sip. It’s smooth enough to drink neat but has enough depth to hold up in a cocktail.
