Mixed this in a Pisco Sour last night and the crisp, fruity character really came through without any harsh finish. It’s smooth enough to drink straight too, which surprised me for the price.

I’ve been sipping this neat after dinner, and the crisp, fruity finish really stands out without any harsh burn. It’s surprisingly smooth for the price, and I can see it becoming a go-to for cocktails too.

Tried it in a Pisco Sour first, and the crisp, fruity character came through exactly as promised—balanced enough that the lime and sugar didn't overpower it. Even sipped neat, it's smooth without any harsh bite.
