Carpano Antica Vermouth 750ml

I was immediately struck by how the cocoa and cinnamon notes come through without being overpowering. That rich, herbal depth makes it perfect for sipping neat or in a classic Manhattan.

This vermouth is wonderfully complex with those dark notes of licorice and cocoa really coming through, making it perfect for a Negroni. The full body gives it a luxurious feel compared to other sweet options, and it's become my go-to.

I was a bit worried it would be too sweet, but the cocoa and cinnamon balance the licorice perfectly, making for a complex sip. It's definitely fuller-bodied than your standard vermouth, which I enjoy in a classic Negroni. This one will be my new go-to for mixing.
