شامبالو فوفري

That stony minerality really comes through on the finish, giving it a crisp edge that keeps the honeyed fruit from feeling heavy. It's got that lovely flowery lift too, and went down almost too easily with a simple roast chicken dinner.

That honeyed fruit on the nose is so pretty, but the stony minerality keeps it from ever feeling heavy—I could sip this all evening and it never gets cloying. It's the kind of bottle that makes a simple weeknight feel a little special.

That stony minerality really balances the sweetness perfectly. It's a great food wine, though I wish the finish lingered just a touch longer.
