شاتو بوت دو شارلمان بوردو

Opened a bottle with roast chicken last night and the savory, earthy profile was exactly what I wanted—cut through the richness beautifully. Definitely ordering a case to keep that wood box handy for winter meals.

Opened this with a roast chicken last night and the savory notes cut through the richness perfectly—exactly what I want from a Bordeaux. The wood box is a nice touch too, makes storing a case feel proper. Solid buy for the price.

That savory profile is exactly what I look for in a Bordeaux, and it paired beautifully with a roast chicken last Sunday. The wood box is a nice touch too, makes it feel like a proper cellar purchase. Already ordered another case.
