Cinzano Vermouth Rosso 750Ml

Sipping this one neat over ice after dinner was the perfect way to wind down, that hint of sweetness really balances out the herbal kick. I've used it in a couple of Negronis too and it holds its own beautifully.

The herb and spice blend is what really sets this apart—it's got that classic aromatic depth without being syrupy. I've been using it in a simple spritz with soda and a twist, and the balance stays smooth from first sip to last.

I opened a bottle of this last weekend for Negronis, and the blend of herbs and spices really comes through without being too cloying. It's smooth enough to sip on its own over ice, which I wasn't expecting from a standard red vermouth. Definitely a staple in my liquor cabinet now.
