Right away you can smell the bourbon and taste the deep blackberry notes — not too sweet, just right. The finish is surprisingly long and spicy, which I really enjoyed with my steak dinner.

The bourbon barrel aging really comes through on the finish—that spicy kick lingers nicely after each sip. Poured a glass with dinner and the cherry and plum notes were rich without being too sweet. Definitely my new go-to for a cozy night in.
