Daron Calvados Fine 750ml

The apple and plum notes come through really nicely, and it’s smooth enough to sip neat without any burn. I’ve also used a splash in a cider cocktail, and it added a lovely warmth that worked perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised how smooth it is straight, and mixed into a simple apple cider cocktail it added just the right warmth. The soft apple flavor really comes through without being too sweet.

The apple and plum notes are subtle but really come through when I sip it neat—makes for a smooth evening pour. I've even splashed a bit into a cider glaze for pork and it added a nice warmth without being boozy.
