Poured a glass last night and was blown away by how the black pepper note weaves through the red fruit without overpowering it. That finish really lingers, too, in a way that makes you want another sip.

That volcanic minerality really comes through on the finish, and the red fruit up front is intense without being heavy. The black pepper note gave it just enough kick to make it interesting, but it stayed smooth and easy to drink.
