Dolin Genepy Des Alpes 750ml

I was a bit skeptical about an alpine herb liqueur being this smooth, but the gently bittersweet finish is exactly what I want after dinner. A small glass on ice is my new weekend ritual, and the bottle is disappearing faster than I'd like to admit.

I poured a glass after dinner and the floral-herbal balance is spot on—sweet enough to sip neat but with that gently bittersweet edge that keeps it interesting. The 750ml bottle is lasting me a while since a little goes a long way.

The gentle bitterness on the finish makes this liqueur perfect for sipping after a heavy meal. It's not overly sweet, which I appreciate, and the herbal complexity keeps each glass interesting.
