Dolin Vermouth Blanc 375ml

I've been mixing this into a dry martini and the floral, slightly sweet finish is exactly what I wanted. The 375ml size means it actually gets used up before it goes stale in the fridge.

Picked up the 375ml bottle specifically so I could try it without committing to a full size, and that turned out to be a smart move. It's crisp and herbal in a dry cocktail, and the smaller format fits neatly on my bar cart.

The half-size bottle is perfect for someone who only mixes the occasional dry martini, since a full 750ml would go off before I finished it. Flavor is clean and lightly herbal, though I do wish it had a touch more brightness for sipping on its own.
