Opened a bottle last night and the mineral-driven finish really sets this apart from most Sauvignon Blancs I've tried. It had that classic Sancerre structure that makes it feel both crisp and weighty, perfect for aging a few more years if you can resist.

The limestone minerality really comes through with every sip – it’s got that classic Sancerre weight without being heavy. I’ve had a few bottles already and the drive on the finish keeps me coming back for more. Definitely one to grab a case of if you find it.

That chalky minerality really comes through on the finish, giving it a nice structure that I'd expect from a good Sancerre. It paired beautifully with a simple goat cheese salad, and I’m curious to see how it opens up with a year or two in the cellar.
