The zesty acidity really cuts through on the finish, making it perfect with a simple goat cheese salad. I was surprised by how soft the texture is for a Sauvignon Blanc—it’s not overly sharp at all. This bottle overdelivers for the price point.

I was pleasantly surprised by the zesty acidity—it cut through a creamy pasta dish perfectly without being too sharp. The soft texture on the palate makes it easy to drink a second glass without feeling weighed down. Definitely one of the more memorable whites I’ve had in a while.

The herbal edge on the finish makes this one stand out, and the zesty acidity keeps it feeling light and lively. I opened it with a simple pasta dish and the soft texture balanced everything perfectly. It's the kind of bottle that disappears faster than you expect.
