Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon 750ml

The charred oak aging gives it a warmth that really comes through on the finish, with just a hint of smoke that's not overpowering. Pairs perfectly with a quiet evening and a single ice cube.

Finally found a bourbon that doesn't get lost in ice—the charred oak aging gives it a smooth finish with just the right warmth. My go-to for sipping neat this winter.

The warm spice kick lingers just right after each sip, and that hint of smoke balances the sweetness without overpowering it. I poured a glass neat last night and it went down smoother than I expected for the proof, definitely earning its spot on my shelf.
