Evan Williams Single Barrel 750ml

Finally got a bottle of this before it becomes distillery-only, and the smoothness is exactly what I hoped for from a single barrel. It's rich and warm with just the right amount of burn on the finish. Really glad I grabbed one while I could.

A bit pricier than I normally spend on bourbon, but after tasting the rich, deep vanilla notes on the first sip I understand the hype. Glad I snagged a bottle before it disappears to distillery-only sales.

I've been hunting for this single barrel expression for a while now, and the rich, smooth finish is exactly what I expected. The rumor about it going to distillery only makes this bottle feel even more special.
