Faccia Brutto Amaro Gorini 750ml

I wasn't sure what to expect from an amaro with chamomile and sage, but the balance is perfect—earthy gentian keeps the sweetness in check, and it's become my go-to after dinner. Even the bottle looks great on the shelf.

The hibiscus really comes through on the finish, that tart floral note right after the gentian bitterness hits. I've been sipping it neat after dinner and it's become a nightly ritual.

I was expecting something sharper, but the sage and chamomile round out the gentian nicely. Mixed it with soda over ice after dinner and the citrus note really opened up. Easily my new favorite bitter pour.
