HER Pinotage

I was a little skeptical of a stainless steel-aged red, but this pinotage is incredibly smooth and juicy with ripe berry flavors. It paired perfectly with a simple weeknight pasta.

Dinner was a bit dull until I popped this bottle—the smooth, juicy fruit really came through, and knowing it’s made by a female team makes the sip feel even better. It’s gone way too fast, but that’s a good problem.

The stainless steel aging keeps it really clean and bright—no heavy oak hiding the fruit. I opened it with a casual braai and it paired beautifully, the juiciness coming through exactly as described.
