Insight Cellars Maturation: Bocoy 750ml Bottle

The 750ml bottle is generous for sharing, and the sour profile stays lively from first pour to last sip. It's the kind of beer that makes you slow down and appreciate each glass rather than rushing through it.

The sour aroma hits you right away when you pop the cork, and the tart finish lingers in a really pleasant way. I was surprised how balanced it tasted for a sour, not too sharp on the tongue. Definitely a bottle to savor slowly.
