ISCO Aquavit 750ml

Opened this for a holiday smorgasbord and the smooth, aromatic finish cut through all the rich food beautifully. It's surprisingly clean for something with such bold botanicals, just the right complexity for sipping neat.

The caraway and dill notes are beautifully balanced, not at all harsh like some other aquavits I've tried. It's smooth enough to sip neat, which I honestly wasn't expecting from a 750ml bottle in this price range.

The bottle size is perfect for a party—750ml lasted through a whole evening of toasts and still had some left for the next day. The aquavit taste is clean and crisp, not harsh at all on the rocks.
