ISCO Blue Velvet Bourbon 750ml

The blue corn gives this bourbon a unique smoothness that really lets the warm baking spices shine through. I noticed a pleasant hint of cocoa on the finish that makes it perfect for sipping neat.

That toasted brown sugar flavor comes through beautifully, and the subtle chocolate note is just enough to make it stand out from other bourbons. I've been sipping it neat and it's dangerously smooth.

The toasted brown sugar and baking spices hit right away, but that subtle chocolate and pepper finish keeps it interesting. Poured neat, this 100% blue corn bourbon has a warmth that lingers without being harsh.
