Perfect for when you want a nice Burgundy without committing to a full bottle. The smaller 375ml format is just right for a quiet dinner for two. This Chardonnay has that classic mineral finish I always look for in a Pouilly Fuisse.

Half the usual bottle means I can open it for a quiet Tuesday dinner without worrying about the rest going flat, and the 375ml is just right for two generous glasses. The pour is a lovely pale gold with that classic Burgundy minerality coming through on the nose, clean and crisp on the finish.

This 375ml bottle is the perfect size for a weeknight dinner, and the Chardonnay itself has a nice balance of oak and fruit. I’ve had bigger bottles of Pouilly Fuisse before, but the smaller format means you finish it while it’s still fresh and crisp.
