Jefferson's Bourbon 750ml

Picked up a bottle for a weekend tasting and the balance between the corn sweetness and oaky finish is spot-on. The small batch approach really makes each sip smooth without being boring.

The nose is all corn and vanilla, exactly as described, and the oak comes through smooth on the finish. I've been sipping it neat and it's surprisingly complex for the price point.

Opened this expecting just another mixer bourbon, but the way the corn sweetness rolls into that vanilla and oak on the finish is genuinely smooth. The small batch aging does the work—it’s got enough depth to sip neat without feeling harsh.
