Luxardo Sangue Morlacco 750ml

The syrupy thickness is perfect for cocktails, a little goes a long way. Paired it with dark chocolate last night and the cherry tartness really cut through the richness beautifully.

Drizzled this over vanilla bean ice cream last night and it was incredible—the syrup is so thick it clings to the spoon, and that tart cherry bite keeps it from being cloying. Poured a little over dark chocolate tonight and it's already a staple in my house.

Poured this over vanilla ice cream last night and it hardened into a delicious cherry shell. The tartness balances the sweetness perfectly, not cloying at all. Will definitely be using it for baking next.
