Noilly Prat Rouge 750ml

Served this chilled over ice with a slice of orange last weekend and it disappeared fast. The 750ml bottle is a good size for hosting, and the rouge has a nice bittersweet depth without being syrupy.

I've been mixing this rouge with tonic and a slice of orange all summer, and the 750ml bottle has lasted way longer than I expected. It's softer and fruitier than the dry vermouth I usually keep around.

Poured this over ice with a twist of orange and it's become my go-to before dinner. The 750ml bottle lasts me a good few weeks since I only use a small splash each time. Richer and sweeter than I expected from a French aperitif.
