**Old Fitzgerald 10yr BIB SPRING 2023 750ml

Finally cracked this for a friend's birthday and the 10-year age statement really shines through in the smoothness. The amber color in the glass is just beautiful, and it drinks way above its proof.

Got my bottle of this spring 2023 release and the proof sits at exactly 100—it’s got that nice warmth without being harsh. The pour opens up with a good balance of oak and sweetness that I really enjoy neat.

The 10-year age statement is what sold me, and the bottle did not disappoint—it’s got that rich, oak-forward depth you’d expect from a decade in the barrel. The 750ml size is perfect for sharing, though I’ll be honest, I’m sipping it slower than planned because it’s that good.
