I usually buy blanco for mixing, but this reposado is a whole different experience—the bourbon barrel aging gives it a smooth caramel finish that’s perfect for sipping neat. It still makes a killer margarita too, and the citrus notes really pop.

The caramel and vanilla notes really come through after those eight months in bourbon barrels, which makes it smooth enough to sip neat even though it's priced for mixing. I've used it in margaritas twice already and the citrus backbone holds its own against lime and salt without getting lost.
