Orleans Herbal Vermouth 750ml

My French 75s have never tasted better—the basil and anise hyssop really shine through, and the honey finish is so smooth. Straight over ice with a twist, it’s dangerously drinkable.

I swapped this into a Vesper instead of Lillet and the herbal anise notes really lifted the cocktail. The apple cider base gives it a nice subtle sweetness that balances the gin perfectly.

The basil and anise hyssop give this vermouth a surprising floral depth that makes my Vesper taste more complex than with Lillet. I've been sipping it over ice with a twist of lemon and the honey notes really shine through. Definitely a new favorite in my home bar.
