The first sip gave me that distinct farmhouse tang I was hoping for — the spontaneous fermentation really comes through. At 375ml it's a perfect single-serving size to savor without commitment.

Cracked this open after dinner and the spontaneous fermentation really comes through—funky, slightly tart, but still refreshingly drinkable. The 375ml bottle is perfect for one person who wants something special without committing to a full bomber. Glad I grabbed it while it was available.
