Polar Ginger Ale 1L

I was pleasantly surprised how the clean ginger flavor held up even after the bottle sat open in the fridge for a couple days. It’s crisp enough to sip solo but also makes a great mixer without being overly sweet.

The ginger bite is sharp enough to cut through the alcohol in a cocktail but never overwhelms the glass, and the carbonation stays lively even after the bottle's been open for a bit. I keep reaching for it straight over ice, too, since it's just clean and satisfying on its own.

The 1-liter size is perfect for mixing a big pitcher of cocktails without needing a second bottle, and the bubbles stay lively right to the last glass. I've had it with whiskey and on its own over ice, and the clean ginger taste holds up either way.
