Salers Apertif 750ml

Bought this to round out my home bar and the bitter floral finish is exactly what my spritzes were missing. A little goes a long way in a highball, so the 750ml bottle should last me a while.

This aperitif adds a wonderful earthy depth to my gin and tonics. The floral notes are subtle but really round out the flavor. Perfect for anyone who wants a more complex mixer.

The bitter orange and gentian notes really come through when I mix this with tonic, and it doesn't get lost the way sweeter aperitifs do. A 750ml bottle lasts me a couple weeks of evening drinks, which feels about right for the price.
