Savage & Cooke Bourbon 750ml

I was a bit skeptical about the Cabernet finish, but it adds a really nice layer of fruitiness that balances the vanilla perfectly. Smooth enough to sip neat, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

The oak and caramel really come through on the nose, and the finish is surprisingly smooth for a high-proof bourbon. This is my new go-to for sipping neat on a cold evening.
