St Agrestis Phony WHITE Negroni Single

The white Negroni profile really shines here, with that botanical complexity that makes you forget it's non-alcoholic. I served it over a big ice cube with an orange twist and it nailed the aperitivo vibe without the buzz.

The bitterness is perfectly balanced, and the herbal notes are so authentic that I don't miss the alcohol at all. It's become my go‑to for a sophisticated mocktail at home.

I was skeptical about a white Negroni without alcohol, but the bitterness is perfectly balanced with a clean finish. The single serve is just right for a quick evening wind-down without any hassle.
