Tequila Ocho Anejo 750ml

This is the first tequila where I’ve actually watched the flavor shift as it sits in the glass. That wine-like development really makes a difference—it opens up with a lot more character than I expected for a bottle in this price range.

I was really curious about the terroir in agave concept and this bottle delivers beautifully. The aroma keeps evolving in the glass for a good 20 minutes after pouring, something I’ve never noticed with other añejos.
