Tozai Snow Maiden 720ml Bottle

Tried this sake with a spicy tuna poke last night and the honeydew melon notes really cut through the heat beautifully. The full body gives it a nice weight without being syrupy.

The creamy texture pairs perfectly with spicy tuna poke — the sake's fullness balances the heat without overwhelming the fish. It also goes nicely with raw pumpkin flavors, which I didn't expect to enjoy so much.

The honeydew melon note really comes through, and the creamy full body makes it feel almost indulgent. Paired it with spicy tuna poke and the contrast was spot on—bright, ricey, and refreshing all at once.
