Uncle Val's Botanical Gin 750ml

The citrus and herbal layers balance each other perfectly, and it’s smooth enough to sip neat without a mixer. I’ve already gone through half the bottle in a week just experimenting with different garnishes.

The floral aromatics really come through in the finish—it’s surprisingly smooth for a gin with this much herbal complexity. I’ve been mixing it with tonic and a twist of lemon, and the citrus notes still shine through perfectly.

The citrus comes through so bright on the nose, but the herbal finish is what really sells me—it’s complex without being heavy. Mixed it with a simple tonic and a twist, and honestly, it’s the most interesting gin I’ve had in months.
