Woodford Reserve Bourbon 750ml

Mixing up an Old Fashioned with this bourbon completely changed my opinion on whiskey cocktails—the spice notes balanced the bitters perfectly. It's smooth enough to sip neat, which I wasn't expecting from a 90.4 proof spirit. Definitely worth the extra cost over my usual bottle.

Opened a bottle last night for a friend's birthday and even the spice kick on the finish felt smooth, not harsh. It mixed beautifully into an Old Fashioned but honestly, sipping it straight was the real treat.

The dried fruit and vanilla notes really make this bourbon smooth enough to sip neat, and the spice kick comes through perfectly in an Old Fashioned. I’ve been through half the bottle this week alone.
