Poured a glass last night and that toasted hazelnut note really comes through on the finish— it's smooth and complex without being too heavy. The vanilla custard and oak give it just enough richness to pair perfectly with roasted chicken. Went back for a second glass, which says it all.

The mango and citrus zest on the nose are so bright, but that vanilla custard finish is what really makes it for me. It’s got just enough oak to feel elegant without being heavy. This is my new favorite weekday pour.
