Forthave YELLOW Genepi Apero Liqueur 750ml

I swapped this into a gin and tonic last night and the bitter wormwood plus floral genepi made it way more interesting than my usual pour. It’s buttery on the first sip but finishes dry and herbal—perfect for a slow evening drink.

The chamomile gives this a soft butteriness I wasn't expecting from a bitter liqueur, and it makes a lovely spritz on its own. I've been swapping it for vermouth in my last few cocktails and the floral-wormwood combo is really refreshing.

I swapped this into my usual negroni and the buttery chamomile softened the bitterness in a way that made the whole drink feel lighter. The wormwood still gives it that sharp, herbal bite I want, but it’s a lot more floral than I expected.
