Opened it last night and the wild raspberry note hits right away, but then the roasted red pepper and herbs settle in beautifully. That smoky pepper finish lingers just long enough to make you want another glass.

That smoky kick with the cracked pepper really lingers in the best way, and the crushed herb notes make it feel way more interesting than your average red. Picked up a case after my first bottle was gone in two days.

The wild raspberry and roasted red bell pepper notes really come through beautifully together, giving this a depth I wasn’t expecting from a cabernet franc. The smoky finish with cracked pepper lingers just long enough to make you want another sip. Already thinking about my next bottle.
