Bought this for an Old Fashioned night and honestly it’s the smoothest bourbon I’ve had at this price—the rich flavor comes through even after the bitters and orange. The 4-year aging keeps it mellow enough to sip neat, too, which I wasn’t expecting.

Poured this over a big ice cube after grilling some steaks, and the rich caramel and oak notes held up beautifully against the smoky meat. It's smooth enough to sip neat but has enough backbone to make a proper Old Fashioned.
