Monte Rio Old Vine Zinfandel

That 125-year-old vine really comes through in the glass—way more depth and complexity than a typical zin. I grilled up some steak frites and it was the perfect match, cutting through the richness beautifully. Already planning my next bottle.

The oak and dark fruit balance is spot on, and it held up perfectly next to a messy smash burger without getting lost. That old vine depth gives it a smoothness I wasn’t expecting from something this bold.
