The bottle’s been open for a week and I keep coming back to that light-bodied feel—it’s so smooth on the palate with the vanilla coming through just right. Poured a glass for a friend who usually sticks to bourbon and even he was impressed by how easy it drinks.

The vanilla comes through nicely on the nose, and it’s smooth enough to sip neat. For the price, I’d like just a bit more body, but it’s a solid pour for everyday.
