Finally popped this open for a Sunday roast and the mirabelle plum really came through—such a bright, ripe fruitiness. It’s crisp but with a creamy mousse that made every sip feel indulgent without being heavy. Exactly the kind of celebratory sparkler that doesn’t need a special occasion.

That lemon meringue pie note actually comes through beautifully on the finish, not just on the nose. The bubbles are fine and persistent, and the mirabelle plum fruit gives it a richness that works surprisingly well for a non-vintage.

Opened this for a quiet night in and the mirabelle plum really does jump out of the glass, all ripe and juicy. The lemon meringue pie note keeps it lively without being sweet, and the bubbles are fine enough to make every sip feel effortless. Easily the best bottle I've picked up this month.
