The apricot note really comes through on the palate, making it a pleasant surprise for a sake. Pairs beautifully with lighter fish dishes, and the smooth finish lingers just long enough.

Jason ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

Poured a glass after dinner and the almond and marzipan nose hit me right away—then the plum and cherry softened everything out. The tartness on the finish is just enough to keep it from being cloying, and that smooth sweetness makes it dangerously easy to keep sipping.

Zoe ★★★★★ Oct 19, 2026

The plum and apricot notes hit right after the first sip, and that soft tartness makes it dangerously easy to keep drinking. Finished a bottle with sushi last night and woke up without any headache.
