The rainwater fermentation makes this mezcal incredibly smooth and complex — you can really taste the terroir of the high desert. I was blown away by how rich and earthy it is, with none of the harshness cheaper bottles have.

Matthew X. ★★★★★

The yarn wrapping on the bottle is a nice touch, but the real star is how smooth that salmiana agave tastes despite the 6,500-foot altitude it comes from. I poured a glass for a friend who usually sticks to tequila, and even he noticed the rainwater-crafted depth right away. This bottle feels like a

The rainwater fermentation process really sets this apart—you can taste the purity and the high-altitude terroir in every sip. It’s smooth yet complex, with a smoky depth that lingers beautifully.
