Fenouillet Côtes du Ventoux Rosé

For a warm evening, this rosé hits the spot—the bright fruit is refreshing without being too sweet, and that subtle mineral finish keeps every sip interesting. Poured the whole bottle with a simple salad and it vanished fast.

The mineral edge really comes through on the finish, which I didn't expect from a rose at this price point. Bright fruit up front, then that stony note lingers just long enough. Grabbed a 750ml bottle for a weeknight dinner and we killed it before the food was even ready.
